Although this isn’t too common within the industry we want to build relationships with our customers and the community based on trust and respect. Most of our rates are based on your property’s square footage, providing an easy way to estimate costs. While specific factors can influence the final price, these rates serve as general guidelines. Pricing is calculated per mowing service, whether you choose a weekly or biweekly (every other week) schedule.

Mowing a neatly rectangular lawn is far quicker than tackling an unevenly shaped yard cluttered with flowerbeds and other obstacles.
Grass Clipping | Lawn Debris Disposal
We expect to take the clippings and debris to the dump. For larger properties, leaving the clippings on the lawn through side discharge will help reduce the overall price.
Yard Access
Narrow backyard gates prevent us from using larger mowing equipment, which adds time to the job when the yard is fenced. Similarly, long driveways or properties with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup can extend the time required to complete the service. On the other hand, properties with lawns located close to where we can park the trailer tend to have lower costs.
